Apply to Exhibit at the OK Discover Research Day

The OK Discover Research Day Research Exhibition is a featured event of Oklahoma Bio Week, highlighting the groundbreaking research, technologies, and innovations shaping the future of bioscience in Oklahoma and beyond.

Selected exhibitors will showcase their work through research presentation boards while engaging with researchers, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, investors, students, educators, workforce partners, and community members. The exhibition is designed to encourage collaboration, increase visibility for Oklahoma-based research, and accelerate connections across the state's growing bioscience ecosystem.

Who Should Apply?

Applications are welcome from organizations actively conducting or supporting research, technology development, commercialization, or innovation, including: Research Institutions, Universities and University Departments, Startups and Emerging Biotechnology Companies, Innovation Organizations, Corporate R&D Teams, Public-Private Research Partnerships

Eligible Projects

Projects should be currently active, recently completed, or in active development and demonstrate relevance to one or more of the following areas: Bioscience, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Digital Health, Diagnostics, Agricultural Bioscience, Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Workforce Development, Related Life Science Fields

Organizations may submit up to three separate applications, one for each project they wish to have considered.

Presentation Requirements:

Selected exhibitors will receive space to display one research presentation board.

Presentation boards must:

Measure no larger than 36" × 48" (3' × 4')

Be designed and printed by the exhibiting organization

Clearly communicate research in a format accessible to both technical and general audiences

Applications Open: June 22, 2026

Application Deadline: July 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT

Applicant Notifications: Applicants will be notified following the review process.
